District Transparency
As a California Special District, we are committed to operating in a transparent, accountable, and open manner. California law requires local public agencies to provide public access to important information through website transparency requirements and the California Public Records Act (CPRA). These laws help ensure that residents have access to meeting information, financial documents, policies, and other records related to the conduct of public business.
Transparency is fundamental to building public trust.
