AMADOR RESOURCE CONSERVATION DISTRICT
MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
JANUARY 15, 2004
Meeting called to order: 7pm
Present at roll call: Jerauld, Cannon, Peters, Port, Bob Long .

Approval of Agenda: Cannon moved to approve, Peters second. All ayes.
Oral Communications: Consent Agenda: Warrants: none.
Approval of minutes: Peters moved to approve the minutes for October 16 and November 29, 2003. Cannon second. All ayes.
Correspondence: Jerauld reported on correspondence received. No items need action. Miscellaneous Matters:
1. Election of officers: Peters moved to elect Steve Cannon President. Port second. All ayes. Port nominated Robin Peters for Vice President. Jerauld second. All ayes. Jerauld nominated Dan Port for secretary. Peters second. All ayes. Jerauld stated that we really don’t need a treasurer because we get an accounting report from the County. Budget should be prepared in July.
2. Meeting schedule. The Board decided to continue meeting monthly. No action needed.
3. Potential RCD Projects. At the next meeting Jerauld will report on the Cosumnes
River Task Force and the Sutter Creek Trout Project. Cannon will make a scholarship proposal. Port will report on the Amador Land Trust and the Mokelumne Watershed Council. Bob Long will report on the Farm Tour. Cannon suggested that newsletter items be made part of the agenda.
4. NRCS Report. Bob Long gave the NRCS report.
